Kavalkinaru

Kavalkinaru is one of a beautiful village in the state Tamil Nadu. Here all religious people living together as one family. Kavalkinaru is a symbol of unity.The population of the village is very high. More than 10,000 pepople living here. In the centre of the village we have a church (Sacred Heart Church) . Moreover Kavalkinaru has two big ponds. On monsoon both of these were filled and the water is used for agriculture. Kavalkinaru has a rock in the outer of the village called as Pothai. A certain percentage of the people spend their life by working in this rock.
Since Kavalkinaru having more schools and colleges this village is well educated. Every one in the village is educated. After complete their studies most of the people goes to abroad, Mumbai & Chennai for their career & financial growth. The young generation set their career in rig, software & BPO industry. Every one is assembled at Kavalkinaru in the month of May. Since we celebrate Sacred Heart church festival very grandly on every year in the month of May, as well this is the holiday for schools.
